Here’s what you can expect:

  • Preparation, to map out the process in advance

  • Agenda “Menus” - essentially a list of process elements to consider

  • Regular agendas, and help collating supporting matierals

  • Suggested activities & discussion prompts

  • Summary notes to track considerations, decisions and progress

Maybe you’re wondering…

  • How do I get results when it feels impossible?

  • How do we move forward when two sides are dug in and no one wants to budge?

  • How do we get started when there are so many moving parts?

These are valid concerns that I address with nearly every group I work with.

My Process

1: Act With Intention

Before we get started, I'll listen to what is important to you, what you are worried about, and what you are hoping to accomplish.  I’ll work in partnership with you and your group to plan a project approach that addresses the unique nuances of the situation you’re all facing. I help everyone make informed decisions about how they wish to participate.

2: Honor The Reasoned Risk

If you want a different result, you need to try a different strategy. I’ll help you see the problem from a new angle, and examine a new approach. A little creativity can go a long way. It takes courage to try something new, but taking on small, well reasoned, risks can open the process up in extremely effective ways.

3: Use the Buddy System

You wouldn’t wander into the wilderness alone, and you shouldn’t expect yourself to enter your toughest conflicts on your own either. I’m there to help you navigate a way through the chaos. I’ll also encourage you to think about others you might gather as a support team. These are the people who will offer you information and expertise, so you can call on those resources when you need them.
