Groups:
Shift from “Paused” to “Progress”!
Difficult Situations. We all have them.
When we are making group decisions or taking on complex tasks, conflicts are bound to happen. Conflict can make it feel like the important work we are doing is simply unattainable. But it doesn't have to be that way. Conflict is sometimes a necessary phase in the process. It doesn’t have to be the reason a project fails. It might be the thing that helps your project thrive.
I work with teams, organizations, and groups…
who are having a tough time getting something important done. I make it easier for you to work through the conflict and accomplish amazing things.
Then you can find a little more ease in your life, with less day-to-day tension and more energy to focus on the things that matter to you.
Hi, I’m Jen Knauer.
I have been facilitating groups as an impartial third party for over twenty years. I’ve worked with all sorts of organizations, stakeholder processes, public meetings and private disputes.
Because my background is in mediation, I have a deep toolbox to draw from when the conversation becomes difficult and heated, or when there is just too much information and it’s overwhelming.
I will help your organization or team through its toughest challenges.

My colleagues call me, “the mediator who facilitates.”
You need a facilitator when you have complex organizational tasks and bring a diverse group of people together to work through it. You need a mediator to help you through a conflict.
What happens when you have both? You call me.
I have practiced both mediation and facilitation for more than twenty years. I work with groups both small and large, from two-party mediations, to community-sized conversations.
I make sure that everyone’s voice is heard and that you are able to move forward with purpose and clarity.
The best way to find out if I am a good fit for your project is to schedule a call.
I will spend about 15-20 minutes with you to hear the details of your case and answer any questions you may have about working with me.
